We are not developers or estate agents and do not provide estate agency, planning, legal, or financial advisory services.

The types of interests we may acquire include freehold ownership, options, leases, easements, and other contractual rights connected to renewable energy projects such as solar farms, wind turbines, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and related infrastructure.

3.2 No Obligation to Make an Offer

Submission of information through our Website does not, in any circumstances, oblige us to make any offer, enter into any agreement, or acquire any land or interest.

Any indicative figures or discussions are non-binding and subject to further assessment, due diligence, and internal approval. We reserve the right to decline to proceed at any stage, for any reason, without liability to you.

We may provide indicative valuations based on the information you submit. You acknowledge that any such valuation:

  • is indicative only and does not constitute a legally binding offer or commitment of any kind;

  • may differ significantly from any formal offer or third-party valuation;

  • may be withdrawn or revised by us at any time without notice and without liability;
